If your laptop are too hot, you can try the following tools to monitor and speed fan.
1. TPFan
2. SpeedFan
3. Notebook Hardware Control

  1. done since one year ago, now i know it is too hot because my fan just stopped working and i have an error message: Fan Error

what should i do now besides calling Lenovo warranty department? ask to replace the fan, replace the gpu nvidia quadro nvs 140m or replace the complete motherboard???

  2. The fan stopped working maybe caused by software problem.

You can try use the software TPFanControl( to manage your fan.
